Arturo Santiago-Rivera d/b/a
GRUPO ARSARI
initiated in 1990 as a professional consulting studio to provides project
management, construction administration, accessibility compliance and consulting
services to owners, constructors, designers and other project participants
throughout the nation.
GRUPO ARSARI have more than
twenty year's development a relation of full collaboration and mutual respect,
like "Partners in Business". ARSARI is a registered Architect-in-Training in the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, certified by the US SBA as a Small Disadvantage Business (SDB) and by the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation
Authority (PRHTA) as a Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE).
GRUPO ARSARI distinguished itself by providing effective and innovative solutions responsive to the needs, desires and budget of each client-project. We are committed to work as a team and develop our full potential, as a mean to become more productive and satisfied professionals in our jobs. We work and maintains a family-oriented, team-based environment group. We assist and support ours clients in ADA Law compliance, accessibility evaluations, design, construction administration, project management, scheduling and cost estimates, and information technology consulting, among other technical services, helping them to get out his current or next "rush job".
