Arturo
Santiago-Rivera initiated in 1990 providing consulting services in project
management, construction administration, accessibility compliance and
architecture to owners, constructors, designers and other project participants
throughout the island.
ARSARI have more than twenty
year's development a relation of full collaboration and mutual respect, like
"Partners in Business".
ARSARI distinguished itself by providing effective and innovative solutions responsive to the needs, desires and budget of each client-project. We are committed to work as a team and develop our full potential, as a mean to become more productive and satisfied professionals in our jobs. We work and maintains a family-oriented, team-based environment group. We assist and support ours clients in ADA Law compliance, accessibility evaluations, design, construction administration, project management, scheduling and cost estimates, among other technical services. The length or complexity of the work does not matter to obtain a good quality work completed by people who know and understand the work they are performing.
